Take the GSP south to the end - or any other road that will get you to Cape May. Follow U.S. Hwy 109 south. The South Jersey Marina is over the Cape May Canal Bridge just past the Lobster House on the left hand side. The Cape Queen is in the first row of boats, on A Dock, visible from the street.
